INVESTMENT CRITERIA
Rebel Capital Group is seeking opportunities to acquire sub-institutional value-add multifamily assets:
Well-located submarkets in North and South Carolina
Low-rise or garden style with 50-150 units
Built 1980 or later
Transaction size from $4m to $20m
