INVESTMENT CRITERIA

Rebel Capital Group is seeking opportunities to acquire sub-institutional value-add multifamily assets:

  • Well-located submarkets in North and South Carolina

  • Low-rise or garden style with 50-150 units

  • Built 1980 or later

  • Transaction size from $4m to $20m
